You can book an escape room online at DarkPark up to 24 hours in advance. Canceling is free up to 48 hours beforehand, no questions asked. Finding a date that works for everyone can be a real challenge, so don’t take any risks and secure your preferred date. That way, you can be sure your timeslot won’t suddenly disappear. Our escape rooms are incredibly popular, and sometimes things can fill up fast.

Is cancellation really free?
Yes! If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your money will automatically be refunded in full to your account within 3 days. No hidden fees, no service charges, nothing. Just the crystal-clear guarantee that you run no risk when booking with us. We don’t like all that secrecy. Well, actually we do, but only in our escape rooms, not when it comes to our customer service.
How can I cancel?
Canceling an appointment is super easy. After placing your booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to cancel. If that’s done at least 48 hours before your booking, your money will automatically be refunded to your account within 3 days. No questions asked!

If you want to cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the link will no longer work and it’s best to contact our customer service. We’ll then charge a €35 service fee and refund the remaining amount to your account.

Why can’t I book online for today?
Our online booking system automatically closes 24 hours in advance so we can be sure there’s staff ready for you when you arrive.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, that’s possible too! Rescheduling an appointment is free up to 48 hours before your reservation. After that, we charge €35, since in practice a time slot usually won’t get rebooked on such short notice.

The best thing to do is contact our customer service to let us know the new date.

My time slot suddenly disappeared
As soon as you start making a reservation, that time slot is held for you so no one else can accidentally book it while you’re entering your details.

That’s why it can happen that a time slot suddenly becomes unavailable if something goes wrong with the payment, for example. No worries, we’re here to help!

I accidentally booked the wrong date
No problem at all, these things happen. Just contact our customer service, and we’ll reschedule your booking to the correct date free of charge.
