Is canceling really free?

How can I cancel?
Canceling an appointment is super easy. After placing your booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to cancel. If it’s more than 48 hours before your booking, your money will be automatically refunded to your account within 3 days. No questions asked! If you want to cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the link will no longer work, and it’s best to contact our customer service. A €35 service fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
Why can’t I book online for today?
Our online booking system automatically closes 24 hours in advance to ensure our staff is ready for your visit. Still want to come by today? Contact our customer service, and we’ll do our best to find a spot for you in one of our escape rooms today!
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, that’s possible too! Rescheduling an appointment is free up to 48 hours before your reservation. After that, we charge a €35 fee, as time slots usually don’t get booked on such short notice. It’s best to contact our customer service to confirm the new date.
My time slot suddenly disappeared
As soon as you start making a reservation, that time slot is reserved for you, so no one else can accidentally book it while you’re filling in your details. That’s why it may happen that the time slot suddenly becomes unavailable if something goes wrong, like with the payment. No worries, we’re here to help! Just contact our customer service, and we’ll make sure to secure your time slot for you.
I accidentally booked the wrong date
